This object may be the only item that Vern will be remembered by. Using his design, it was manufactured locally for $8.00 ea. Facilities dubbed it the"BOUWMAN  BOX"
It is used widely in raised floors
Vern's experience has been in the telecommunications field since 1957.  He was a Registered Communication Distribution Designer and has published a book on Telephone Plant Records - selling 3000 copies. He has completed large plant design for GTE, AT&T, the US Navy and several small Tel-co's, from Virginia to Alaska, Hawaii and the Philippines.
