Vern designed this just for the 2-122 building. 2000 were made for $8.00 each
We didn't want to include the Type 1 connector but were out voted at the time.
We also proved that Cat. 5 wire was not ready for mass installation - yet.
This was because Boeing's of practice of scrapping station wire every time and office area was redesigned,
like every couple years. This save millions of $.
