This is the Cessna 310 we flew in from Grand Rapids, Michigan. The scene is London, KY airport.


This was an interesting flight for Vern. On the return flight, over Indiana the plane began to ice up.
Vern was riding copilot and he took the icing image below.
Vern lived just north of Toledo, Ohio so the pilot decided to get rid of a little weight, him.
They dropped Vern off in Fort Wayne and he flew to Toledo via commercial.


The flight above was to arrange for field work to be performed in the area below.
Vern designed telephone plant in the four town shown in red below. He stayed in a motel in Aberdeen, Ohio
just across the river from Marysville.
