A pair of Fibers made up to a specific length for patching circuits from one PP to another PP. |
| PP | Patch Panel A frame for mounting circuit connectors |
| PROT | Protection Hardware A device used to isolate foreign electrical current. |
| PT | Patching Tray A Metal or Plastic WW . |
| RK | Rack A frame for mounting Electronics and PPs. |
| SC | Splice Case Enclosure for splicing BCA. |

Bonding Backbone -
A large bonding conductor extending from the TMGB, out to building TGBs. |
| TMGB | Telecommunication Main Grounding Busbar A large connection base at the building entrance bonded to the Grounding .Electrode System on the inbound neutral side of the electrical power system. |
| UC | Underground Conduit A conduit (plastic or metal), necessary to support Fiber/Copper cables. |
| UD | Utilidor An underground tunnel used to support all types of facilities. |
| WF | Wall Field A surface used to mount TH. |
