of these type devices. Vern did not get into this type work. The Strandlink
was quicker to use and the Preformed provided a smoother splice. The messenger
strand supported telephone cable. The same strand is utilized as guys to
keep poles in line. |

Procedure for assembling Preformed Splice
subsets on strand ends to splice them together.

the first subset of a Preformed Splice for repairing damaged strand.
