Vern snapped these photos while making records of
the installation. To the left of the concrete structure, notice a
line coming in that is wrapped around an electric box and continues into
the telephone enclosure. Looking at the lower left photo the line
(rope) continues right up to the (unprotected) 66 block, where the 8 conduction
station wire (being enclosed in the line) is exposed and punched down on
the block. The 25 pair cable feeding this station feeds through the box
under the pier, pictured below. This station covering is removed
because there is a vessel below, hooked up here.
